arena or as a fully qualified Financial Adviser.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a
graduate, have a minimum of either CMAP 1 or CF1 and a background
in Financial Services, however we look at every applicant
on their own merit. We can provide the knowledge and support
necessary providing we see potential and the correct attitude.
The first year in the business is not always
an easy one although the long term financial benefits can
be immense. With that in mind our recruitment process is
thorough to ensure the correct person is selected. This
is not only for the benefit of our business who will invest
both money and time, but the candidate who will only be
